Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability may be limited depending on your location. For customers in the United States, we offer PDDP delivery, which means duties and taxes can be handled more smoothly at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it. For returns, we strongly recommend keeping Proof of Postage.

What is your return window?
We accept returns of unworn, resalable items that are:
• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
• In new and unused condition
• With all original tags and labels attached
How do I request a return?
To start a return:
1. Log into your account.
2. Go to the Orders tab and select the relevant order.
3. Click “Request Return”.
4. Select the item and choose a reason for the return.
5. Click “Request Return” to submit.
6. If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it.

Items returned without requesting a return first may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend obtaining Proof of Postage. If we do not receive your return and you cannot provide Proof of Postage, we may not be able to issue a refund.
How long will my refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we usually process refunds within 3 working days.
It may then take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your card provider.
How will I know my return has been processed?
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us.
Which items can’t be returned for hygiene or custom reasons?
Due to UK legislation and hygiene reasons, some items are not eligible for returns or refunds once unsealed, unless they are faulty. These include:
- Nose cuffs
- Lip cuffs
- Pierced jewellery (such as many earrings)
- Custom / bespoke items, including custom beaded nose cuffs, custom charm necklaces, charm bracelets, and other personalised pieces, are only refundable if faulty, whether sealed or unsealed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When can a faulty item be refunded or replaced?
An item can be refunded or replaced if it is genuinely faulty and the fault is not caused by:
- Misuse
- An accident
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow care instructions.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Can my order be cancelled by Oshun’s Vanity?
Yes. In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil it.
If this happens, you will be notified by email, and a refund will be credited via your original payment method, usually within 3–5 working days.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Depending on processing times, you may be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the Returns process instead.

Do I need a piercing to wear your nose cuffs?
No. All of our nose cuffs are non‑pierced. They are designed to sit snugly on the nose without the need for a piercing.
What are your nose cuffs made from?
Our nose cuffs are made from high‑quality metals such as:
- Gold‑tone: Brass or 18k gold‑plated copper
- Silver‑tone: Copper or sterling silver

Are your nose cuffs adjustable?
Yes. Our nose cuffs are adjustable but very sturdy. You can gently open or close the cuff to find a secure, comfortable fit.
Will a nose cuff fall off easily?
When adjusted correctly, your nose cuff should feel secure but not painful. We recommend only making small, gentle adjustments and avoiding repeated or extreme bending of the metal.
How should I care for my nose cuff?
- Remove before sleeping, showering, or swimming.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh cleaners.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Store in a cool, dry place in a pouch or jewellery box.
Can I return a nose cuff if I change my mind?
Nose cuffs are classed as personal goods. Due to hygiene and UK health regulations, once a nose cuff has been unsealed or worn, it is not eligible for a refund simply for a change of mind.
When can a nose cuff be refunded?
A nose cuff may be refunded only if it is faulty, and the fault is not due to:
- Misuse
- Accident
- Normal wear and tear
- Not following care instructions

Do I need a piercing to wear your lip cuffs?
No. Our lip cuffs are non‑pierced and designed to sit on the lip area without a piercing.
Are your lip cuffs adjustable?
Yes. Like our nose cuffs, lip cuffs are made from sturdy, adjustable materials. Make only small adjustments to achieve a snug, comfortable fit.
What are your lip cuffs made from?
Lip cuffs use the same metal families as our nose cuffs, such as brass, 18k gold‑plated copper, copper, and sterling silver (exact details on each product page).
Can I talk, drink, or eat while wearing a lip cuff?
You can generally talk and sip drinks carefully while wearing a lip cuff. We recommend removing it for meals and avoiding very hot drinks or anything that might knock the cuff.
Can I return a lip cuff if I change my mind?
Lip cuffs are also classed as personal goods, so once unsealed or worn, they are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
When can a lip cuff be refunded or replaced?
Lip cuffs may be refunded or replaced only if they are faulty and not damaged by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

What is the standard length of your necklaces?
Our necklaces are designed in classic lengths:
- Chokers: typically 14–16 inches
- Fine chain necklaces: typically 18 inches

How do I choose the right necklace length for me?
For chokers:
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape or string closely around the base of your neck, where the choker will sit.
- Make sure it’s snug but not tight, so you can breathe and move comfortably.
- Note the measurement at the point where the ends meet.
- Add about ½ inch (1.25 cm) for comfort.
- Use this final length to choose your ideal choker size.
For fine chain necklaces, our standard 18-inch length typically sits around the collarbone on most people

Are your bracelets adjustable?
Most of our bracelets are made with strong elastic, allowing them to stretch comfortably over the hand and sit snugly on the wrist.
We also offer 18k stainless steel bracelets, which may have set sizes or small extender chains depending on the design.
What is the standard size of your bracelets?
We offer a range of bracelet sizes:
- 6” – Teen and petite wrists
- 6.5” – Adult X‑Small
- 7” – Adult Small
- 7.5” – Adult Medium
- 8” – Adult Large
- 8.5” – Adult X‑Large
How do I measure my wrist to choose the right bracelet size?
- Find a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
- Wrap it snugly around your wrist where you would wear the bracelet.
- Mark the point where the tape or paper meets.
- If using paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
- Add ¼ to ½ inch (0.5–1.25 cm) for comfort, depending on how loose you prefer your bracelet.
- Use this final measurement as your bracelet size and choose the closest size.
Can I shower or swim while wearing my bracelet?
We do not recommend showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your bracelet, especially elastic or plated styles, as this can weaken the materials and affect the finish.

How heavy are your earrings? Are they comfortable for all-day wear?
Comfort is a priority. I have a keloid on my ear, so I’m personally very mindful of weight and pressure on the lobes. Because of this, I ensure that all earrings are lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Most styles feel airy and easy on the ears for extended wear.
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Many customers with sensitive ears can wear our earrings comfortably, but sensitivities vary. Please check the material details on each product page and, if you have known allergies, start with shorter wear times to see how your ears respond.
How should I care for and store my earrings?
- Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, oils, and hairsprays.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Store in a cool, dry place in a pouch or jewellery box.
- Keep earrings separate to avoid scratching or tangling.
Can I return earrings if I change my mind?
Many of our earrings are classed as pierced jewellery and are treated as personal goods. For hygiene reasons, once unsealed or worn, they are generally not eligible for return unless faulty.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
phone charm straps
Is a phone case included with the phone charm strap?
No. Phone cases are not included. Your purchase is for the charm strap only.
How do I attach a phone charm strap to my phone?
- Remove your phone from its case.
- Find a small opening or lanyard hole on the case.
- Thread the thin loop of the charm strap through the opening from the outside.
- Pass the beaded end through the loop and pull gently to secure.
- Put your phone back into the case.
Will the phone charm strap fit my phone case?
Phone charm straps generally fit most cases that have a lanyard hole or a gap around the charging port or side openings where you can thread the strap loop. Completely closed cases without openings may not be suitable.
Is the phone charm strap strong enough for everyday use?
Straps are designed for everyday decorative use and light support when holding your phone. They are not designed to carry the full weight of your phone daily.
How should I care for my phone charm strap?
- Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh cleaners.
- Don’t overstretch, pull, or twist the strap.
- Wipe beads and metal parts with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Can I carry my phone by the charm strap?
We do not recommend using the charm strap as the only way to carry your phone or swinging it by the strap. Use it mainly as a decorative accent and grip aid.

What materials are your brooches made from?
Our brooches are made from 18k gold-plated stainless steel, combining a beautiful finish with durability.
What type of clasp do your brooches use?
We use a safety pin–style closure, which is easy to attach and helps keep the brooch secure.
Will a brooch damage my clothing?
Brooches use a pin, so they will leave small holes where they’re attached. On thicker or woven fabrics, these are usually minimal.
For very delicate fabrics, we recommend caution, pinning through seams or choosing sturdier garments.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How should I care for and store my brooch?
