Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping on UK-based orders only, covering standard delivery. Any expedited UK shipping options (such as 1st Class or next-day services) will be charged at the applicable rate and shown at checkout. All international orders will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All delivery dates and times for the products are estimates only and are provided in good faith.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery date, and deliveries will be made within 30 days of the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
We ship via Royal Mail using 2nd Class, 1st Class, and Special Delivery services. Standard 2nd Class and 1st Class options usually do not include full step-by-step tracking and may only show a delivery or attempted-delivery confirmation. Royal Mail Special Delivery includes end-to-end tracking, with updates from dispatch through to delivery. Tracking visibility and update frequency are controlled by Royal Mail, so occasional gaps or delays in online tracking information are possible, even while your parcel is moving normally through their network.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
• United States
• Canada
• New Zealand
• Australia
Free 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions for some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Orders ship only on business days, Monday - Friday.
Processing time on all orders is 1-3 business days.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it in line with Royal Mail’s claims process and our store policies.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

International shipping and taxes (USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND)
For orders shipped to the USA, we use Royal Mail’s PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service. This means that import VAT and customs duty charges are collected and processed in advance by Royal Mail’s partners, helping reduce delays at customs. A small £0.50 (50p) processing fee for this service is already included in your delivery charge.
To use this service, we are required to provide your email address and phone number to Royal Mail and their delivery partners. This information is used only to:
• Share tracking updates and delivery notifications
• Contact you if there is a customs or delivery query
• Help resolve any issues that may arise during transit
However, please note that any taxes or charges other than import VAT and customs duty are the customer's responsibility.
For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, import duties, VAT/GST, and any handling or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping costs, and may be collected by your local postal service or customs authority before or upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s import rules and any applicable charges before placing an order, as we cannot control or predict these fees and are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Every attempt will be made to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognised as a valid address by Royal Mail. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact the customer to obtain an updated address. The order will be cancelled and refunded unless we update the address. Oshun's Vanity will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.
