Refund policy
RETURNS
Unworn resaleable item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please refer to the 'Exceptions' section (below) for a list of items not eligible for a refund or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
- Log into your account
- Click the 'Orders' tab and select the applicable order
- Click 'Request Return'
- Select the item you wish to return and pick the reason for the return request
- Submit your request by clicking 'Request Return'
- Your request will be sent to us for review. If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note:
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges - we strongly recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage.
- Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If you reside outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that the shipping and return of your goods may take longer than expected due to international logistics.
- If we don't receive your return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
- In some instances, it may be advised to use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange (if applicable). Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
Personal goods
A number of our products, classified as 'personal goods,' are not eligible for a refund under UK legislation if unsealed. This exclusion is due to health and safety considerations in order to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and to protect all customers.
Refunds can only be issued if there is a fault. The item's fault cannot be caused by misuse, an accident, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

- Pierced Jewellery
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised goods
Sealed and unsealed 'bespoke' or 'custom-made items', such as custom beaded nose cuffs, custom charm necklaces, and charm bracelets, are only eligible for refunds if they are faulty.

Cancellation of Order
We kindly reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of insufficient stock to fulfill it. You will be promptly notified via email, and a refund will be credited to your account using the original payment method. Payment should be received no later than 3-5 working days.
