Oya, the Orisha (goddess) most associated with chaos and sudden change in the Yoruba pantheon, embodies nature's resilience and transformative power. As the mother of wind and air, she cleanses and renews through tornadoes, hurricanes, and violent storms. Despite any appearances to the contrary, Oya is a powerful reminder that we can be renewed from within chaos.
